Arcus Boutique Credit Fund

The Arcus Boutique Credit Fund (the Fund) is an unlisted, unregistered wholesale managed investment scheme. Clime Asset Management PtyLtd (ABN 72 098 420 770, AFSL 221146), acts as trustee of the Fund.

Arcus Capital Advisory Pty Ltd (CAR No. 001319011) is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Clime Asset Management Pty Ltd andprovides investment management and advisory services to the Fund. The Fund provides eligible wholesale investors withexposure to a portfolio of private credit and structured debt investmentsacross the Australian and Pacific markets. Interests in the Fund are available only to wholesale clients, sophisticated investors and professional investors as defined in them Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Interests will only be issued following investoreligibility verification and provision of formal offer documentation. As an unregistered managed investment scheme, the Fund isnot required to prepare and does not hold a Product Disclosure Statement.
